Album assembled by a traveler in 1912 shows major attractions in the province of Touraine, France (modern dept. of Indre-et-Loire). Includes exterior and interior views of historic buildings, mainly chateaux and churches, in Blois, Tours, Montresor, Amboise, Chenonceaux, Loches, Chaumont, Chambord, Cheverny, Azay-le-Rideau, Villandry, Chinon, Fontevrault, Candes, Le Lude, Marmoutier, Poitiers, Vouvray, Orleans, Chartres and Paris. Also includes portraits of French royalty and one postcard dated 1908 showing a cavalry unit.
